Privacy, light, and the Mediterranean palette.
We worked with the project's architect, who provided a masterplan of the development in Revit. Our team extended the model with detailed hardscape, plantings, and atmospherics tuned specifically to the Mediterranean light — softer than the Riviera reference we used for the Aurora, with a warmer color palette suited to the local stone.
Interior packages were rendered for three model units, with material callouts in 4K for the design center. The configurator allowed buyers to swap finishes in real-time and capture high-resolution stills for personal reference.
The development sold its first six units within the launch quarter. The full project pre-sold within nine months.
